I specifically requested whipped cream for my coffee and even repeated it three times, only to be told they didn’t have any. Additionally, they were unable to make change for a $20 bill. My total was $6.99, but I received a $10 bill along with $2.53 in quarters and pennies. When I inquired about it, they told me that was all the change they had available. Despite being just a mile and a half from my house, I have no intention of returning there. Ever.
I don't understand how this location can be so slow and yet my hot breakfast sandwich is cold. Always cold.
The young man who took my order sounded like he was under the influence. When I received my coffee that I ordered with cream and sugar that I had to wait for was black . I did not notice until I got to work .Instead of repeating my order back to me , the young man kept saying, “Is that all besides that?”
We ordered our food while waiting in line (with one car ahead of us), and surprisingly, as soon as it was our turn, our order was already ready. We were amazed that it took just a minute after we placed our order!
This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have the new holiday drinks, and they didn’t fulfill my entire order from the app. I didn’t receive half of what I ordered, and the staff were quite rude.
