A loud variety of turbo-folk was trying to pierce our eardrums, so that part was disagreeable; but other than that, the place is fine. The prices are characteristic to Opatija, the view of the street is pleasant (because it's Opatija), and the service is commonplace i.e. fine. Just the haze of low-class Balkan coming from the inside (poker or betting machines, smoke, drunken, lusty, uneducated faces, the horrendous music) got me to reconsider our choice of a café.
