Taco Time - Price

The staff was somewhat inattentive to customers. I requested hot sauce, but the employees never came to the counter to assist me. By the time my food arrived, the nachos were cold and the cheese had hardened. The Mexi fries were also squished in their containers.

The food was good and that Easton guy helped me with food recommendations when I had a hard time figuring out what to order

It pains me to write this review, as this restaurant was one of my favorite places to visit. Unfortunately, since the change in management, I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality. The service, however, remains impressive and consistently exceeds my expectations for a fast food establishment. Sadly, the food has gone from being the best tacos in town to resembling something you'd find in a gas station freezer. I am truly disappointed by how far they have fallen, and after my most recent experience, I was frankly disgusted.

I ordered a crisp bean burrito and drove an hour home, only to find that I received a beef burrito instead. I'm vegetarian, so that was extremely disappointing. Enough said.

I felt very rushed, normally its a nice place but i did not feel welcomed this time, i barley got any cheese when i bought cheese sauce and only 1 ranch when i ordered two meals i know every meal gets 1 ranch so i felt very saddened by this and the worker left my food on the counter without calling my name. I hope they get better cashiers soon
