Filippas Seafood Reastaurant - Preveza

This restaurant is a typical Greek sea food tavern! But the food is very good! Especially the shrimps!

Perfect taverna with hospitable, friendly service. The location is an amazing small alley filled with restaurants. You have to take photos here! We did too, but they are private.

Skip the rest, come to the best! The food here is better than any I’ve tried in 2 weeks in Greece. The mussels are fantastic, you’ll eat the broth like juice. Best shrimp I’ve ever had. Of course get the Greek salad, and I loved the sardines. Oh yeah, best French fries ever! Friendly owner who went to a local bakery to get my wife gluten free bread. We loved Filipinas!

Strong solid average taverna. Key people are kind but too overwhelmed with the big number of orders and people. The seabass was great, whereas the tomatoes in the Greek salad where tasteless and rather green. The toilet is warn out and unpleasant. Perhaps such overall warn out experience is a standard in Greece, not sure.

Definitely one of the best seafood places I’ve visited so far. Don’t bother with anything else on the menu (expect for salad maybe), because not getting a fish or octopus would be a sin! The place is clean, staff friendly, and my, the food so tasty. Beautiful place in the centre of Preveza, will return for sure.
