The beer is one of the best gluten-free beers I ever had, even my no gluten-tolerant friends really liked it. Also don't leave how traditional beers blow up. Staff are super friendly and you can say that this is a family business and operation. The beer garden has a magnificent view of the mountains and if you are happy enough to be there in summer, you can enjoy a beer festival where you can also cook on traditional food in the area such as Arrosticini (Schaf/Mutton-Skewers) over coal that is gluten-free and delicious. They sell to many local bars and restaurants and even have a small kiosk at the top of one of the local mountains (Passolanciano), which apparently has a fantastic view of the region, but I do not have there. Recommend a stop for a beer or 4!
Amazing little spot nestled in the mountains that serves Gluten Free beer. The beer is one of the best gluten free beers I have ever had, even my none gluten intolerant friends really liked it. Doesn’t leave you bloated like traditional beers either. Staff are super friendly and you can tell this is a family run and operated business. The beer garden has great views of the mountains and if you are lucky enough to be there in summer you may score a beer festival where they also put on traditional food of the area such as Arrosticini (sheep/mutton skewers) cooked over charcoal, which is gluten free and delicious. They sell to a lot of local bars and restaurants and even have a little kiosk up at the top of one of the local mountains (Passolanciano) which apparently has amazing views of the region, but I didn’t get there. Highly recommend a stop here for a beer or 4!
