Carbon Bistro - Pretoria

Meat! A large selection of gin cocktails! Even though we prefer wine, they have a vast collection of vino. The food is great and the atmosphere is lively. Mozambique restaurant was here before Carbon Bistro and it's a big improvement. They even offer non-alcoholic gin options for those who don't drink alcohol, as well as gin tastings. The staff is knowledgeable about gin, which is impressive. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food!

Tried out this place for Restaurant week. It didn't live up to my expectations. Especially after them winning best bistro at the eat out awards and I've had them on my list for a while for their Cocktails and inventive desserts. Food was average and lacked spices.

They moved to a new location (next to Capital Craft). Never had an issue at the previous building, but we waited long for our starters to arrive (though they were not busy). We decided not to do mains due to the long wait.

I highly recommend this bistro. They offer a wide selection of gins to choose from and host themed evenings. The food is exceptional and the atmosphere of the place is amazing. And let's not forget about the fantastic staff.

We had a wonderful experience listening to jazz music while savoring a selection of gin and tonics and a delightful meal for two. The Gatsby-themed evening created a festive atmosphere, and we thank all the staff for making it a special occasion. We can't wait for the next themed event!
