Honestly, not my favorite place for some time, I only found the burgers too dry and that was disappointing, because in the pictures they looked burgers succulent. Then on a refined night after hitting the gym very hard, I decided to personalize my burger. I order a fiery beef with raw onions, extra jalapeños and extra pickles, masterpiece when I say it myself. Try it.
Yesterday I wrote a bad review about the MR D app and would like to apologize for it, as this was a mistake I made. My order was wrong, I chose the wrong meal. The food was great and my family enjoyed the meal. If there is a way, I can remove the bad rating on MR D, please let me know and I will remove it. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
How do you screw up an order? I ordered a simple 3 chicken burger, each with chips and cool drink. I received 3 BEEF burgers, and the one cool drink was simple soda water????? I didn't even know you were selling soda water. You just lost a loyal customer.
If I could rate a 0 I would. I used a delivery service and the store did not package the drinks well enough so it leaked out over my food. Above that there was no sauce in the sealed package. So all in all I would never use this store again.
Reading previous reviews confirms that management/owners couldn't care less about customer service. Waited in line so long my wife went to Fishaways to order, food was ordered and received in the time it took Burger King to help 1 client. You are giving such a bad name to Burger King! Someone complained about this same thing 3 months ago, and management said they would look into it, clearly they have not. Why would management/owners care if they are making their money anyway? Will definitely be taking this up with head office. Very bad customer service!!
