Mcdonald's - Preston

I ordered my food online and it said it would be here in 20-25 minutes my friends came in 5 minutes and mine is still not here after 1 hour of waiting. I find it appalling that it has not arrived. And I double checked it was ordered.

Asda is pricier than Lidl and Aldi, so I don't see the point in shopping there. For instance, an old fajita kit costs £3.89 at Asda, but the same one is only £1.89 at Lidl. It's half the price. I've stopped going to Asda and now only shop at Lidl or Aldi. It's a no-brainer.

Last visit it was not very clean. This time it was immaculate with cleaners wiping tables immediately they were vacated. Breakfast wrap was quickly served and very tasty. Will call again.

Orderd on the just eat app for delivery Sunday 20th mid afternoon, a selection of burgers chips drinks ect.when the order arrived we were trying to be handed bags of Asda shopping !!!! We didn't order this......the driver was useless had no clue ,he took the shopping away and that was that no food nothing....I phoned Asda McDonald's and spoke with a nice chap who wasn't surprised at all, he then explained that they were now shut...so lost £23 no food...I put in for a refund on justeat to to sent a reply say no refund as no photo evidence, hilarious as I had nothing to photograph....this place is a joke it's not the first time I've been given wrong order from here. I love to know where my food went and where all the shopping bags went I would hope the person who ordered shopping got them or they will be loads of money down and food...these driver you deal with are a joke.will definitely not be returning.

I visited this restaurant to purchase food for my son and was extremely disappointed with the serving sizes. I received only 1/4 of a cup of McFlurry and half the amount of Large fries that I expected. This consistent underfilling is unacceptable. The staff were rude and did not apologize for their mistakes. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards as it is not fair to cheat customers in such a blatant manner.
