Great customer service and friendly staff members, especially Stephen who’s never failing to bring a smile on my face, I will definitely come again soon. Food quality is great, especially waffles, I would recommend white chocolate indulgence waffle as it’s my personal favourite. Portions are good in size and sometimes even more than person can eat. Great place for a dessert!

Coffee here is delicious! I can only comment on the waffles because I've only ever had them but they are great, I brought my son in who's 3 for an ice-cream last week and he picked an awesome looking chocolate one but way way too big for him to finish would be nice is they did some smaller sundaes for smaller children but I can't moan I just got more ice-cream!!

I must say, the service and food were quite exemplary. The placement of the bananas reminded me of my home country, whilst the toffee sauce was rich and more indulging with every bite. A young fellow named huzaifa served me with a smile and even gave me his card and number afterwards. I will be back.

I highly recommend Kaspas to anyone in search of a delicious milkshake, waffle, or sundae. I sampled the caramel crunch and peanut butter stack pudding flavors, and both were delightful and very enjoyable. The service was excellent, with the staff, particularly John, being polite and friendly. Without a doubt, it's one of the best spots in Preston for milkshakes, waffles, and sundaes. The prices were quite reasonable as well. I suggest that everyone give it a try at least once!
