Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited Fullwood Central on Thursday, November 12th, 2020. I have been there twice now and encountered the same woman on both occasions. She was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. Her attitude was appalling. There was an error in my order and she lacked courtesy when addressing it. When it came time to pay, she held the card machine in such a way that it was impossible to see the screen. When I asked her to be more polite, she became even ruder. She should be reprimanded severely or not allowed to interact with customers. She ruined our afternoon with her nasty behavior. She was not wearing a mask, which is very concerning, and she definitely tarnished the reputation of the Costa brand. I will not be returning to this place because of her, that is for sure. She did not even ask if I wanted sugar, and when I requested some, she threw it on the tray. I had to ask for a stirrer, and she seemed annoyed that I was asking for things. She touched the stirrer without gloves and threw it on a dirty tray. I am certain she is not following proper Costa policies for reducing the transmission of the coronavirus. Goodbye, Costa. I will not be coming back here.
As the reviewer before said I was put off by the rude entitled staff who frankly can’t be bothered. Miserable faces and I tried to ask them where to stand. One turned nasty as I couldn’t hear very well. Get some new staff
I decided to give Costa another chance having been a regular customer up until lockdown. Even up until then I had been annoyed at the price of a coffee increasing by around 30% over 3 or 4 years. Their food is expensive too for what it is. I also found during lockdown that small independent retailers offer a far nicer cup of coffee, Costa 's coffee is just average. I arrived today at 12.10 pm and with just 3 people ahead of me in the queue thought I should be served fairly quickly as there were 3 staff on. Almost immediately one of the staff disappeared, it was clearly her set time for her smoke break. By then the queue had not moved and 3 people had joined it. The people in front had ordered 4 iced drinks between them whish take an age to prepare, and they got one wrong so had to redo it. Meanwhile smokebreak girl grabs a toastie and leans over just put that in will you. I waited 25 minutes, and my requested extra hot coffee was only warm, they had not taken notice and I ended up with their standard offering, which is why I ask for extra hot. Having finally got my coffee and overpriced toastie I went to sit down and noticed smokebreak girl just finishing her toastie and enjoying her cigarette. Eventually with the queue having disappeared she decided her smoke break was over and she could get back to help the other two who had been slaving away while she took her essential break, which clearly could not wait until things were quieter. Young lady, if you are reading this , you have sealed my fate with Costa everywhere, I will not be returning.
Great friendly staff. Always helpful and professional, with the human touch. I can always Park up and ring in my order. As I am disabled, I usually cannot walk into the premises, but these people make things seem like nothing is too much bother. Under new management folks, so the original managet who was most unobliging has gone. The new manager is like his staff, so helpful, friendly, professional and very personable. Thank you all, you are a credit to Costa.
I ordered Summer berry drink for a take away, the staff who was making the drink over filled the plastic cup which got slipped but she managed to get hold of it The cup was sticky but I managed to get some tissues . While walking home I realsied the cup was leaking and was all on my clothes I would say a very bad customer service
