Šarišská Chiža - Presov

Eating here tastes like homemade. the personal is fast and tidy so that the waiting time is reduced to minimum. the prices are very good, a suppe and a main dish from the daily menu costs 5,50€, which is one of the best prices in the city. in summer they can sit outside in the courtyard of the historic old town house where the restaurant is located.

Fine traditional food for decent prices. All good was quite greasy. I tried to order vegetarian dumplings (with onions and cabbage) but meat filled dumplings were served with cabbage, onion and fried bacon. My friends enjoyed my order but I left still hungry.

We were looking for a place to eat in presow and we were glad we came here. the halušky was some of the best we had and the decoration of the place was truly unique. I would come back if I wanted Slovak cuisine in presow.

Big place, traditional, not a huge variety for vegetarians that's expected) but the food is not bad and the portions are pretty big.
