Island Taste Fusion

We live about 45 minutes from Island Taste Fusion but today is my husbands birthday and the ONLY thing he wanted was their delicious brown stew chicken so we took the ride. I tried the j chicken this time and if you ask me it was even better than the brown stew. The rice, cabbage and plantain could be meals on their own. We waited for the woman working the eatery to cook it while we sat at the bar, and then she delivered our meals to the bar in takeout containers so we could start our meal there and then finish the huge portions off when we got home. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's very clearly the product of love and expertise. The atmosphere is not fancy at all (it's just a stall alongside a small local dive bar) but the food is top notch and wonderfully priced.

Had Curry shrimp with jerk chicken too and I think I've found a new weekly local restaurant. Purely authentic Jamaican food!! A MUST TRY!!!Parking: Located inside the bar

This was my first and last experience at island taste fusion. I order a jerk chicken with white rice and cabbage. I literally had zero to no chicken on my plate mostly skin and sauce…rice was slightly over cook I would have ate it but I had no chicken to eat it with. Only good thing about the plate was the cabbage the cabbage was a 8/10 everything else was terrible

The first time I went my food was great. Went today and my brown stew chicken was old , rice and peas was extremely hard after I asked him if my food was fresh hot ! NEVER TF AGAIN IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEYParking: There wasn’t none
