Although it was filled with the QC guidelines and hot because it was a fried product, I could say it was at about 3/4 of its limit, so that the taste was easy to eat dry and harder. many thanks to that they are contributors for good work on customer service and during the departure from the order. it turned out to be lacking quality of food.
Does not want to make a bad assessment. that said we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers from the journey through the line at a price of over $8. absolutely the worst hamburgers we had ever lived in ours. had bad hamburger, but nothing. I couldn't even say if the meat was actually bark.
Tonight, 7/21/22, was the worst service we have ever had, and it wasn 't just my family. First the kiosk wouldn 't take my credit card so after spending all the time with everyone putting their order in I had to go up to the counter to pay. I stood there for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me but walking by and seeing me standing there with out even saying we 'll be right with you , I was completely ignored. I finally spoke up asking if I could get some help. Finally a young woman came up, never said a word to me and had a scowl on her face, looked like she was annoyed that she had to help me. She placed my order and forgot to give me my cups so had to go back up to get them. About 15 20 minutes later we finally got our order, but we were missing my grandson 's apple juice, 2 LG fries and 1 MD fry. Went back to the counter and there were 5 people waiting for items they were missing, including 4 from the drive thru. It took an additional 5 10 minutes of standing there waiting for me to get our missing items. The other people were still waiting for at least another 10 15 minutes for their items and other people from drive thru were told to park and waited at least 10 minutes in their cars for items. I really hope someone can do someone and make sure this doesn 't happen again to anyone else.
I was sent to the second window to wait for 1 cup of coffee waited there for 5 mins and nothing I reversed my car to the first window letting them know in case they forgot about me since 2 cars behind me had gotten there food completely and left already. Well I ask the white chubby manager who is standing with 4 other people next to the register doing nothing at all. And she tells me it's still brewing with an attitude (she looked high off pills or something) like I said she looked like a manager she was wearing the burgundy button up shirt and then there was also another guy manager on the shift! It's past noon and you have all these employees standing around for a minimum wage of $15 it's BS!! DRUG TEST YOUR EMPLOYEES!! Maybe by DT we will all as a community get better customer service it's not the first time I leave without my order I asked for my money this time but I have left from the second wait window after 30 mins of waiting for a box of already paid cookies. They have no customer service skills most of them look like they are on high off of something. I'm a regular who I just give up on the Prescott Valley McDonald's location at this point it's always a bad rude experience. I've been wanting to contact the district manager because this has not been the only bad experience at this location!! People need to stop asking for hrs to work to stand around!
Out of 10 drive thru orders they will get 6 correct. It would surprise me if I'm missing something. I can't always stop back in when they get an order wrong because I'm on my way to work. Like this morning, they didn't give me my hash brown. The people in the drive thru barely look at you.
