The County Seat - Prescott

This is my favorite spot to relax with a coffee, have a snack, and get some homework done. I love to sit by the windows because the view of the square and courthouse is fantastic. The lighting and atmosphere are superb, and they offer some of the best quality food and coffee in town at reasonable prices. My go-to dish is the fried zucchini and mozzarella sandwich—perfect for non-meat eaters! The pesto couscous on the side is absolutely delicious too. You can enjoy a sandwich, coffee, and a salad for just $22.

This charming little coffee shop is located right in the main square of Prescott. The drinks are both affordable and delicious. The atmosphere is bright and spacious, making it a perfect spot to work, chat, or simply enjoy some people-watching.

I visited this restaurant for the first time during a girls' night out, and it was truly an amazing experience! The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with a lovely view of The Square. We ordered both a sandwich and the pretzel with artichoke dip. The Greenwich Sandwich was incredibly fresh, and the spread perfectly complemented the ingredients. However, the real standout was the artichoke dip. Never in my love for artichokes have I tasted anything so flavorful, creamy, and satisfying. Paired with the perfectly crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside pretzel, I can’t imagine a better final meal. County Seat also features an extensive cocktail and wine menu, and I highly recommend trying the cocktails. They use fresh ingredients, have delightful flavors, and the presentation is excellent all around.

After observing the situation, my father decided he didn’t want to support a business that wouldn't honor its posted prices. He requested to cancel his order since it hadn’t been served yet, and things quickly went downhill from there. Jessica took it upon herself to cancel my daughter's grilled cheese as well and informed us that we were no longer welcome in the restaurant. I must say, I have never witnessed a business treat its customers so poorly over a mistake that was their own. I will be sharing this experience in a Google review, and it seems Jessica doesn’t care. Delicious food with a strong emphasis on the aromas. The presentation is outstanding. The restaurant is bright and airy, creating a sunny and lively atmosphere. I can't wait to visit Prescott again!
