Made an online order to hopefully be picked up when I started my lunch. When I got there the line was out the door and they were working quickly. I went up to the front to ask about my order and they said they haven't started it as they've been busy. I said okay don't worry I'll wait. I waited for about 35 minutes, watching everyone else get served, before I had to go back to work. Moral of the story don't order online. Standing in line and ordering in person takes priority.
Went in at 7:45 (they close 9) and there was almost no bread, no cookies, no spinach, and no avocado. They said they were out of everything but it seemed liked the employees wrapped up early and weren’t willing to prep fresh food for customers as they were coming in. We got our food, not how we wanted, and weren’t able to get cookies which is like the best part of subway. Super disappointed in this visit. Normally they are a decent subway. Seems like they need to redirect some of the employees to focus more on customer service rather that getting out early.
Wow Really? I eat at Subway almost everyday. So I stopped by this store today and the boy must have been high or something because he was Slower than the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. A female who was running the register asked us if we wanted any cookies, and when we said no “we’re in a hurry and their being slow” she threw the receipt at me
