Maya - Prescott

This was my first visit here and we went with friends. The first thing I noticed was the interior atmosphere was very plain, almost like a cafeteria. One of my friends offered me a beer. I thought maybe he bought several beers for everyone. Well it turns out he bought the beer at a nearby liquor store as the restaurant does not sell alcoholic beverages. That is a weird setup for a Mexican restaurant. I guess they have no license. In addition the service was acceptable and the waitress was friendly. When I received my food (chili relleno, beef taco, rice and beans) it tasted very bland. I did add salt but that didn't help. The salsa was bland and tasted like canned tomato puree. I compare this taste to other Mexican restaurants this was at the bottom.

First time here and the food was fabulous ? We did have a little trouble finding it as the sign say Franks! Same place. Our waiter was amazing as was everyone else. Will go back when we get the chance.

Great place in their new digs. Great food all way around. Very nice staff. 11 of showed up and were quickly accommodated. I'll be back!!

Just a beautiful, warm Mexican family making superior regional foods. Love these folks,!
