Applebee's Grill - Prescott

Regret stopping in here lol...wanted a quick beer before a movie and caught happy hour . Kind of sad to see they remodeled and don 't have any cheesy decorations left (kind of what Applebee 's was all about, no? Bartender was openly talking about how he liked other restaurants much more than the one he was currently working a shift at. Ghetto vibes, 2 beers came to $20. No thanks, never again.

I've been a waitress before and I know how to check up on customers ask if their satisfied with the meal and ask if they need anything or refills. Our waitress NEVER checked on us! Never asked us how our meal was, my bf waited about 3 mins for A1 sauce. The table behind us got attention but us NO!! Told my bf she didn't need a tip but gave her some anyway. Her name started with an A and I would honestly give her more training on customer service no matter who the customer are.

Our server Michael was AWESOME!! My steak was arguably one of the best steaks I?ve ever eaten and I have had some really high dollar steaks! Pleasantly surprised! All in all everything was GREAT!! ????????

Went to Applebee's for a Birthday dinner. I hadn't been there in around a decade. It was my boyfriends first last) time. We went early on Sunday around 4:00 to have an early dinner. The service was sooooo slow. It was a good 20 minutes after being seated to be offered any drinks and a view of the menu. We ordered our food and it took around 35 minutes for my boyfriend to get his entree and then another 10-15 to get my dinner plate which was ice cold. Prime rib sandwich with ice cold fries. After our food was placed we didn't see anyone after to let them know my dinner was cold. We watched for a Manager walking around we didn't even see our waitress. There was a young girl walking around with a spray bottle stating that it was crazy to work there and she didn't know why she was working there? We watched a couple that was set behind us get up and leave after not being welcomed and served. We did talk to the Manager it was the first time we had seen her out on the floor that night. She did give us our meal for free. We paid for our bar tab. She did say they were short handed seems like a popular excuse since Covid). It is really sad for this Applebee's here. The food looks like it could be good if the kitchen and the front could be run right.

Great Applebee. The staff was very informative, friendly and nice. Robert made great drinks. One of my favorite Applebee restaurants I visited. Well managed. Thank you.
