LA COUR DE L'ATRE - Preignac

Looking for a nice little restaurant not too far from home I chose this one a little randomly and much because it promised fresh seasonal products. the facade does not pay a mine, the decoration is simple, the reception is warm, no guests. There's a pretty courtyard that we couldn't enjoy because of the freshness. We've been having fun! the dishes are inventively balanced in quality and quantity. experience to renew because they change cards 6 times a year! It's not just in the city that we find some pepits.

On the return highway, rather than choosing the facility, we decide to go out in the countryside for lunch. Stop at "the court of the theatre." The room is full and the boss announces that unfortunately he can't welcome us. in general in this case it stops at this stage. here, we have the sense of the welcome even for a tourist who won't be a client. we are asked if we are in a hurry, in which direction we are going, and the boss suggests a colleague in the nearby village. we will go there and the proposal will be very relevant. I would like to thank that restaurant owner who didn't make us eat, but still gave us consideration. I am sure that such a posture also guarantees great attention to the kitchen.

This small restaurant was recommended by a local winemaker. We were pleasantly surprised by the map (very limited on noon) which offers simple and family dishes (tomate stuffed for example) with a small touch of delicacy in addition. extra fresh products, a warm but discreet welcome and excellent wine advice. really reasonable prices
