Les Louvieres - Pratz

Just an amazing experience having found this jewel in the middle of the nature on top of a mountain. After having taken an apero on the terrace with amazing views over the Jura, we did discover a really nice restaurant with great food of very high quality and innovative design. Service was as well of a high quality. This restaurant was really a great positive surprise and even the price of the menu is more than acceptable

Travelled from London to celebrate our 40th school re Union anniversary. Decided to dine at Les Louvieres which came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. Starting with the staff who were very helpful with excellent attention to detail. The chef/owner also took the time to come and speak to us pre meal to explain the menu in more detail and understand our culinary requirements and made recommendations accordingly. The food itself and we tried almost every dish from the menu between us was delicious to taste, delivered as requested and looked exquisite on the plate. Could not have asked for more. The restaurant is set in the most beautiful surroundings with views of the mountains yet green and lush as well and if the weather is good makes the experience even more worth while.
