Opificio Jm - PRATO

Buona pizza, servizio minimo, ambiente bello e piacevole, niente di eccezionale ma niente di sgradevole, tranne il menu veramente ridotto ai minimi termini ma non è necessariamente un difetto. Locale alla moda forse apprezzabile, anche se poco male cool! Da provare ma senza troppe aspettative.

Onestamente non avevo grandi aspettative sul sushi di carne, ma devo dire che sono stato molto, molto sorpreso dalla bontà di praticamente tutti i pezzi che abbiamo assaggiato! Il più buono per me è stato quello con il tartufo e quello con i pezzi di cotoletta, i geni tra l'altro. Anche la pizza, presa come antipasto per dividerci in sei, ci ha lasciati senza parole: pasta leggera e condimenti di prima qualità! Il conto più che onesto considerando acqua, vino, antipasto, cinque sushi a coppia e tre dessert: circa 50 €.

OMFG! I don't think you have ever tasted such a good pizza. Local and simple yet incredibly original, Opificio JM is a great place to hang out in any season. Loved the outdoor space, the indoor dining and the reasonably priced fashion shop. The building perfectly integrates Tuscan architectural history in a modern-vintage fashion. Service is fast, precise, attentive....family friendly, great for private events and big groups but also on a couple night out. thumbs up guys!

Very particular you can also buy clothes).. you can have a brunch you can have coctel both very good by the way).. don't miss it when you go to prato...
