Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is probably the first time I've had anything negative to say about this company. Every time I've visited this location, something has gone wrong. I went through the drive-through at 5:00 AM and ordered a grande medium Pike coffee with steamed almond milk and two Splenda. When I noticed my cup was larger, I asked the barista why that was, and she explained it was because they had run out of grande cups. To make matters worse, I ended up receiving Harold's order, which was a venti white chocolate with 2% milk. I'm lactose intolerant, so that was quite a problem!
I've found that this location frequently runs out of essential items needed to prepare drinks, like the Mocha Latte and Strawberry Refresher. There are times when they don't even have enough cups for certain sizes! Additionally, the cups they do provide are often not filled to the brim. Overall, I don't think it's as good as the other locations in Highland and Gonzales. While the service can be slow at times, that’s not my biggest concern compared to the other issues I've mentioned.
The coffee here is usually less flavorful than other locations. On this particular occasion I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11:14AM. There was no one in the drive through and three people inside. The iced coffee barista was moving incredibly slow, and did not put out my 11:14 mobile order until after 11:45. Along with that, I asked for my order to be made with coconut milk. I actively watched her make it with cow’s milk.
Rude. I loved this location for the longest I got to see first hand how they treat people when you make door dash mistakes. Unbelievable and will be boycotting location because of this behavior.
I ordered 3 times at the intercom bc they couldn’t hear me which is understandable. Iced gingerbread chai dirty. I get to the window and it’s a hot not iced. They remade it and the girl with the bangs (she must be a manager I’m not sure. I see her often at the drive thru window bc I am a regular) said in a really rude tone “next time let us know” and rolled her eyes at me. I did 3 times. And let’s normalize that sometimes staff can make mistakes and that it’s not always the customer. Which is totally human and normal. Either way ITS OK. It’s the holidays girl. You should be a lot more cheerful. She has now made a regular uncomfortable to go there. I felt bad enough they got it wrong. That’s not a way to start someone’s morning. I’ll attend the other Starbucks moving forward. I hope she learns to be more patient.
