When the food is tasty and above all attentive to the health of the consumer, that's it! Dea Madre was born from very healthy principles and focuses on the quality of the foods we eat every day. They associated street food with an in-depth study on well-being and respect for the correct proportions of proteins, fats and carbohydrates that each of us should consume during a meal. I say all this as a customer who had the opportunity to learn about this new format told to perfection by the staff. The trio of meatballs I tasted was the tonnarello based on seafood flavors and then the frisello with chickpeas and broccoli...fabulous! There are options for all tastes (meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan). I was already full after these two choices and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the dessert which was also sugar-free.
