Then onto the food, ordered a variety of mains all of which were brilliant particularly the lamb...shank. Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also a hit, kids loved the food too and the general vibe was enjoyed by all. Seemed the busiest place in Rhayader by the time we left!
Just arrived for our booking of a table for at to find The Crown closed! No message on the door. Just all closed up with no notification.
Wonderful service, friendly staff, delicious food, will definitely go back when I am next in Rhayader!
It is an absolute farce that this place is only rated on average on TripAdvisor. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was great. Ale was lovely. Would come again next time we are in the area.
Lovely, cosy country pub, extremely friendly and very good food at very good prices. We had a perfect Sunday roast. Thank you!
