Tesco Cafe - Powys

We had taken food from tesco and decided to go to the caffe to eat is because the weather was very windy outside, without even sitting for a minute we said we had to go as we were not payees we had to...leave I found this completely rude and respectful as we had paid for eating in tesco just nothing from the caffe. we could have just set ourselves up and made us ready. the man who welcomed us would not even have known whether we would order food. we hope that we can repay the dinge, as our service obviously did not want. very disappointed can contact manger if this problem is not solved asap

Eating is always perfect, staff second to none, breakfast are beautiful,,staff so polite, excellent service

Travel in a home, days away to visit england and Scottland, last day to home to pembrokeshire, which is better than an breakfast to set us up for the day. have tesco, newtown many paints used, many parking and a caffe. so came full of personal, service manager clearly enjoy a chat with coworkers, no waiting snakes in the caffe, in which did not have any personal even visible at the switch. after mins a courtesy hallo results in a dame that appears in a service hat that she is on the phone. no problem, at least we can watch the menu. after more minutes it appears, a polite, how can I help them. two breakfasts please do me sorry, I am alone, I can only invite them to a victor meldrew moment, I don't think it was obviously lost at the assistent it was a reluctant plan b a food deal! our underworked restaurant assistant had now managed to join the Gossip group of the service manager, but clearly not our disappointment to report on the next good promotions my advice, you see the sign newtown just use the bypass!

Super customer service in this tesco caffe! we were served by leesha, she was so beautiful and friendly and really brightened our day. eating was also great!

Called in for a brunch snack yesterday lunchtime. The cafe was busy with most of the tables (socially distanced from each other) occupied. We found a table and ordered the ultimate breakfast bap each and a couple of coffees. The coffees came quickly but there...was quite a delay in the baps so my friend chased it up with the staff. They apologised for the delay caused by staff shortages but they brought the brunch out shortly along with two complimentary coffees so we could still have a hot drink with our baps. Jane served us and was very attentive and thoughtful. The baps and coffee were spot on. Great staff, very friendly and thoughtful.
