Friend host and staff. Good food and friendly locals. Not at all easy to find and satnav was hopeless but worth the trip.

I was not going to review this site as I do not want people to know about this excellent space as above great people and great location

We haven't had our Christmas work dinner here in four years, but it was just as good as we remembered. Although there weren't as many potato options, the food was still delicious and well worth the money. Keep up the good work!

The meat at this restaurant is of exceptional quality, accompanied by a variety of delicious side dishes and attentive service. The owners made a special effort to accommodate vegans by offering a vegan main course, side dishes, and dessert. It was a superb experience, and I can't wait to go back for more.

We recently enjoyed Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The food was all made in-house, the portions were generous, and everything was served piping hot. This cozy country pub may lack in style, but that's part of its charm. However, I was surprised to have to carry my own bottle of wine and glasses to the table!
