Brecon Kebab House - Powys

This restaurant was absolutely terrible! My partner and I ordered a large kebab to share and were extremely disappointed. The customer service was awful from the start. We noticed there was hardly any donner meat and we were missing pitta bread. We paid £12.50 for the meal and were told extra sauces would cost an additional £1.50. When I brought the meal back, the staff were rude and accused me of lying about not eating much of the meal. They were abusive and even called the police on me. Despite their intimidation, I stood my ground and eventually the police arrived. The workers eventually offered to replace the meal, but at that point I had lost all appetite for anything from that place. We took the food home and ended up getting food poisoning the next morning. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant as my partner and I had a terrible experience there. Avoid this place at all costs!

Unfortunately, the quality of this restaurant has declined significantly. I have been a customer for a while, but recently the service has gone downhill. They forgot to include parts of our order, charged us for a large portion but only gave us a small, and neglected to provide the salad we requested. When we brought these issues to their attention, they were unhelpful and even a bit aggressive. I would not recommend this restaurant and suggest trying other options in Brecon instead.

I tried the quarter pounder with cheese at this restaurant and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was also a great deal. The staff was very friendly as well.

Always good quality food. Nice friendly staff. Can be a bit more expensive than other kebab houses if you compare to others that use processed foods but this one uses fresh food.

Great food..expensive if you compare to other kebab places.. but uf you want to eat chickhwn toe nails and nee caps for 4 quid enjoy.. spot on always
