Hardee's - Powell

To be here several times and last month it has become better. When the gentleman was the manager, the service was very slow and the workers would just walk around like “hey you guys!” However, I have noticed in recent weeks since the new manager came, I believe her name is Wendy, the employees seem to be on the orders and be much more relaxed and happy at work. The service is also much better!! Even the food was better. There were several times where I had to wait and wait, but as I said last month, it became so much better. There were also several times when I would go that the Gentleman manager would be out there or just nowhere to find. But Wendy, I really hope her name is just so sweet and always ready to help, no matter what. I would suggest getting a baby change station that would have made it much easier for me to change my little one, but others than that it was quite brilliant!! Kudos to Wendy and who hired her, because she seems to know how to deal with a shop!

2/10/19 I love this place! But I'm just treating myself if I can't make it home in time or if I have vouchers. They are very busy every morning for their famous cookies, but often peaceful after lunch. It's almost sad, their burgers surpass the big 3 clowns and rival checkers/rally's! They even have table service and keep the interior immaculate.
