Her express machine was broken when I visited, but apart from that it was a normal experience. the staff was friendly and my order was correct. I have it in time. I can't get on resistance as I'm not from powell river and only once every few years visit. I can therefore not confirm the negative comments regarding the quality of service or food that fall over the years, but I have no complaint

Service has been pretty good lately. Been to alot of other Tim's, they were much slower than this one.
