Wendy's - Powder Springs

Google showed that these locations were updated hours before 2 weeks! So they imagined my surprise when I arrived at the drive at 10 o'clock and I saw the hired in the inner no one answered the intercom when I tried to place a job. I drove to the window and a hired man looked at me and went away while another worker opened the window and said they were closed. I then said that it shows that the restaurant does not close until 11 o'clock he then on the watch on the wall with a confused look and said: "yes, sometimes we close early when we are understaffed" open the restaurant does not look understaffed and more of a case of coworkers made a decision not to take orders on 10 o'clock. super disappointed this load can have some consistent hours that I saw that 5 other cars left the drive after me. I guess this wendy is in order to escape customers.

Had to wait at the speaker 20 min to order food,then after I was already down the road my bun was hard as a brick from being stale and the southwest salad had no Alvarado on it. Horrible,horrible place to eat. Way to not represent wendys.

Ordered on the wendys app a SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES POTATO WHAT DID I GET BACONATOR FRIES!! PLUS i placed the order at 6:20 and was waiting a good 25 mins just for the wrong order

Absolutely the most disgusting and poorly ran restaurant I've ever been in. The owner either doesn't care or doesn't visit on regular basis. Employees laying on tables on phones or out in lobby sitting with guests talking then walking back behind counter and returning back and forth. Will never ever go back. Only put one star because didn't have minus a 1000. Absolutely disappointed

Disappointed. I Ordered paid for the spicy Asiago but got an old chicken sandwich. : The tomato is wilted and mushy. Maybe this is what they do at the end of the night. I couldn't even get the cheese. Asiago....is cheese. I should have checked the dang bag before driving off. This is NOT the Asiago sandwich
