Dunkin' - Powder Springs

We visited the Dunkin Donuts on Macland in Powder Springs GA and I was very disappointed. I couldn't believe how bad this place has become when he's my husband and I see to get coffee. The counters were dirty and the employees didn't wear masks or gloves. The employee who checked us didn't know what he was doing and how he seemed? The girl in the window seems to be the only one who did her job and wore the right mask and gloves. The layer manager didn't even wear a mask, even through it says to wear a mask on the door). Until they set up the store, we will not go back

I waited for over 20 minutes in line behind only 3 cars. When I finally received my coffee with cream and caramel, it tasted burnt and old, and there was no caramel flavor at all. As someone who has managed a different coffee shop before, I could tell that they did not change the coffee as frequently as they should have, or they did not prepare it correctly. This was disappointing for me, as I rely on coffee to keep me energized during my long work hours. I am now without a car for the next 8 hours and will have to work without my usual coffee fix, which has left me feeling very upset.

This place serves the best ice cream. I usually order a medium-size butter pecan with extra pecans, and they have not let me down yet.

Came in the day before to make a gallon coffee order. Manager wasn't in. Staff couldn't get a hold of her. Staff told me to come in the morning and I could order. They never answer the phone. I came the next morning , manager said we don't have boxes, sorry. I told her her Staff said come in the morning. She said I know. I asked if the number changed, she said, she didn't know. Awful and inconvenient.

I came here for a quick coffee before a before workAfter ~25 minutes of waiting, it still wasn’t out yet. Eventually, one of the people that ordered ahead of me asked about their coffee, and one of the staff was nice enough to get us the coffees that we ordered.Unfortunately, they asked me what I got, and I said cold brew, and they got me just a regular hot coffee. At that point I was too tired of waiting to correct it and needed to leave for my work so I left.Store is completely dirty management is garbage , they don’t clean up the store and the are loud throughout the entire time I’m here , playing loud music and just talking talking talking. Cant even make my order correctly. Everyone should be fired and store need entirely new crew. talking is fine but not so much especially when you’re not even making orders correctly the store has flies roaming all over is ridiculous.
