If you appreciate a passionate chef who focuses on using local ingredients, you must visit this restaurant and check out their offerings! I absolutely love the Donburi bowls—they have the best rice I've ever tasted—paired with local fish, and the oysters are incredible! This chef truly has talent, and I hope you get the chance to experience his culinary expertise and artistry. Trust me, I've tried to recreate a Donburi dish at home and it did not turn out well. I’d much rather just pay him for the real deal!

The best spot to dine at the Little Italy Food Hall! The food is fantastic and always fresh. They offer vegan options and sushi that simply melts in your mouth. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. I absolutely love this place!!!

Wow, what an experience! The fish was absolutely delicious, and the combination of mackerel and sashimi pieces was fantastic. I've never tasted calamari that was cooked so perfectly. Additionally, the owner is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about the quality of the food more than most chefs do. You have to try this place—you definitely won't be disappointed!

There are many options in the dining room, but I'm so glad I finally tried single fin kitchen. I have one of their Donburi rice bowls with Hamachi. I was blown away. I love sushi, but all the flavors they mixed in their bowl were like nothing I had before. I highly recommend it.

This place was yummy! We checked them out at Atlas Market Food Hall and were not disappointed! 10/10 would go again! It was delicious and our daughter loved it! We felt like we cheated on our favorite Japanese restaurant but Single Fin Kitchen was worth it.
