We needed some American food in Japan and we didn't go wrong. Fries were hot and fresh like the burgers and the service was fast and friendly

Solid experience at McDonald's. They provide consistent quality over the years. Prices have incrementally risen, but their store environment has also improved too.

I would give a lower rating for the management's decision to have parking lot construction during the day. The line to get in was incredibly long, and once you entered the lot, you had no choice but to wait in that line. When I finally had a chance to order, the staff struggled to hear me, and I could barely make out what they were saying either. Ultimately, I could only place an order for the one item they could hear (coffee) and ended up going to Jack in the Box for my road trip breakfast instead. The staff members were very nice, and I genuinely felt bad for them. Their jobs were made much harder by the circumstances, which understandably led to some frustration. I really hope the management considers the well-being of the employees working under these challenging conditions, especially since there’s a reason why some roadwork is done at night.
