Old Shiva Cafe - Pouskar

Came across this little place on our way to aloo baba temple... So glad we stopped here.Amazing food (freshly picked from the garden) and Shiva (the owner) is lovely. This is more a shed and a garden than a restaurant but it's an amazing experience surrounded by nature. Must visit if staying in Pushkar or nearby!

This is a relaxing place to spend an afternoon. The food is all freshly made and picked from the garden so you can't be in a rush. It's nice to rent motorbikes and drive up here to get away from the town. Shiva, the owner, is very friendly and will recommend you the best dishes for the season. The fresh pesto pasta is very good if you want a break from Indian food.

The location of this café is out in the desert a short scooter ride from Pushkar. Its well worth seeking out. The food was good, the venue unusual, the welcome very friendly. The location and setting is awesome and I would love to go back for dinner at sunset. Definitely recommend!!

Loved this little cafe, only 10mins from pushkar. The potato dishes are the best & always a warm welcome from the owners!

I highly recommend Village Gunda Curry or Gajerky Suby Curry! Very tasty and a nice change from the usual Masalas curries from downtown Pushkar! Also the location and setting is awesome, a quiet peaceful little cafe on the way to Ajay Pal temple. You will get great reception from Shiva, the cook and manager! And on top of that you can get beer and espresso!
