In our assessment the service especially has especially slid to an all time low Their life time manager(awesome dude has had to deal with a revolving door of employees we see that the requirements for quality staff are on the bell-curve down turn, which is extremely interesting especially since minimum wage is pretty sweet in comparisons(ratios to my days in an entry level position...For examples we 'd like to address; When a cashier can 't decipher a coupon(very clear in its terms , then refuses to honor said Why send out the mailers in the first place Places a bad taste in customer 's mouth(Which 'bye ' the way, especially the fries are almost always more salt than potatoes the rest of menu with exception of frozen treats have become more lack luster with a higher !!! So how does that make sense why do we all keep spending alot more for blah ??? Personally believe we simply need an excellent burger joint in the area to install a competitive factor in their business plan...Hopefully the establishment will have an up-tick in quality in these many areas(though owner 's franchise have to give-a-rip first ??? time will predicate...Thanks for reading, hopefully this helps in ya 'lls decision for finding more bang/value for your buck...Note: Food received 2-stars as the frozen treats are weighing into overall rating, otherwise food has sunken to N0-stars(in our assessment ...
I was helped right away. Food was ready quickly. Customer service was welcoming.
Beautifully decorated, old school, incredibly slow restaurant with amazing staff!
The Blizzards are good, and the rest of the food is not. I had the garlic parm strips. However, that was an absolute disgrace to the name of the garlic parm. The workers were nice but the rest was ok.
