This place is incredible! It's really a hidden gem! The food is amazing! Best in the Hudson Valley by far! Culinary excellence at its best! Tomas is an incredible chef, hands down.... You're missing out if you don't check this place out!
Wow what a fantastic dining experience! CUTE say enough amazing things about this restaurant other than we'd wish we'd gone there sooner. The Grilled Shrimp cocktail is one of a kind.
Tomáš Tapas is a fantastic venue that has it all!! Part of the restaurant is a smaller, more intimate setting separated by doors from the louder, larger area, which contains a huge, 4-sided bar and an extended, more casual dining room. Owner/Chef, Tomáš Monasi provides delectable dishes in a wide variety of offerings. Some favorites include: filet mignon, and gnocchi and forest mushrooms, as well as tapas/bar offerings crostini w/caramelized onion gorgonzola, grilled, marinated sirloin steak (with Brazilian salsa vinegarette), and the BURGER with truffled parmesan fries!! Notes: Would not recommend for children for children under 10 Live music every Friday (definitely check this VERY friendly people and and a great place to grab a bite, beer or drink Excellent bar staff Pricey $ (but worth it in my opinion Great atmosphere decor So, to sum up, this is a definite for anyone looking for some of the best food the Hudson Valley has to offer!
Took a really long time to get drinks, they were out of 3 of the beers I asked for, each time it took 5-6 mins to tell me there were out. Then I ordered a cocktail and 10 minuets later I was advised they were out of the mixers for the cocktail.... The food was, however, was good. Just have to work on the speed of the service and maybe updating the menu if items are out. (there were only 2 tables seated, and many staff members were hanging out near the bar while I waited 30 min to finally get a drink).
