It was ready at an *empty* drive thru but got told it needs to be placed 5-10 minutes before you drive up ... it was placed 6 minutes before. Not sure what the point of saying this was when it was LITERALLY READY AS I PULLED UP. No greeting either, just immediately said that and then got a smug look as I drove off. Don 't know her name but she was rude.
DISGUSTING! NO CONCERNS FOR COVID!! NO MANAGEMENT EVER!They were not calling out names for orders, they were just leaving the drinks out for random people to grab and check themselves. When I found my drink I noticed it was the one that was touched by several other strangers. I asked for a new lid and the employee looked at me crazy. After I left I noticed they also made my drink wrong. I'm so done with this location.
The time of year with the Christmas blend coffee is one of my favorite times to visit Starbucks.
Terrible wait times service… waited 30 mins for a Mobil order.
The best staff I've ever met. So personable! I've ordered numerous types of drinks from this particular one and they come out flawlessly!
