My favorite restaurant in the area is located off the beaten path, away from Route 9 and all the chain restaurants. They have recently renovated the outdoor area, creating a terrace and removing the grass where bugs and mosquitoes used to bother diners. The servers are very friendly and the food is always delicious. They have a smoker on the premises for delicious smoked dishes, as well as fresh seafood options. The new high top tables and chairs are a great addition, and the outdoor dining area is well shaded. They offer smaller portions for lunch, and the interior is small, dark, and a bit dated. There is a popular bar area for happy hour with locals, and the restaurant is conveniently located on the way to the beach. The owner is known for his award-winning Asian wings and the restaurant is family-owned and operated. The eclectic American menu is a must-try for anyone looking for a unique dining experience.

I don't throw around the word easily, but this place was fantastic! Everything I tried was delicious, the staff was courteous, and the owner was very friendly and humble. I will definitely be returning.

We were halfway to Vermont and needed to stop off for lunch ran a search in the area and hit this spot off the Taconic. What's funny is that a Range Rover in front of us got off at the same exit and went to the same place good sign! Anyway, we weren't expecting much from a random stop on our road trip but all were surprised at the menu everyone of us had hard decisions to make because everything looked so good. We did agree on the wings which were excellent. Food was great! We will be back.

This restaurant serves some of the best food in town! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The atmosphere is great, service is excellent, and the food is delicious. Just looking at the menu and photos of the dishes will have your mouth watering. You won't be disappointed with your meal here.

Excellent local family-run pub with stellar service. the salates are credible! huz had chicken fried steak and loved it. eating outdoors with warm weather is nice, lots of parking also!
