Hurricane Grill Wings - Poughkeepsie

We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside for lunch, where what will probably be the last really nice day with weather this fall, so we were very happy that they still had space outdoors. We had only burgers, but they were both very good and we had a salted caramel cheesecake for dessert, which we enjoyed very much. Our waiter Jay was excellent and very attentive and friendly and he also answered a few questions we had when we looked back the next time.

I had crabs with Calamari and Nabeby had the Ahi Tuna Tacos. Both were great!

Awesome place love the atmosphere. Almost like vacationing on a beach somewhere. And Jazz Ty from CT says hello. Ask for her by name. She's the reason i came back. So friendly accomodating and welcoming. Really good vibes here guys. Get the wings over 35 flavors and try the voodoo bucket.

The food was EVERYTHING!!! Luckily we got there when it wasn’t so busy so the food arrived quickly. The staff was friendly and welcomed us immediately. In my Arnold voice, “I’ll be back!”

I'm waiting for my wife's dentist appointment, so there was a short bite. Saw at the bar and had a shrimp appetizer and dessert. Bartender very kind. Just reason not 5 stars is 2 different people from the kitchen brought my food into the bar and barely recognized me and went away. Otherwise a fun place and good food.
