Domino's Pizza - Poughkeepsie

This place is by far the best dominoes I’ve ever been to! Excellent customer service and the food is also great! Jamie helped me out over the phone and is a very pleasant person to speak to and helped me with my order. He takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond he definitely deserves a raise! Come here to order your pizza you won’t be disappointed!

This time i was on hold for 45 minutes had to drive to the store while on the phone. Just so they could SEE and REALIZE they need to work on their phone skills. They had their ringer turned all the way down on a football sunday in the afternoon time. I wonder how much money was lost

I first ordered at lunch time, around 12 or so. Immediately received a call from dominos telling me that there was only one driver, and that driver wouldn 't arrive until after 3 pm, and did I want to wait or cancel. I cancelled the order (have to wait 48 hours for refund) and resubmitted another online order at 2:50 pm. I used Tracker to keep track of my order, well, it took 45 minutes to quality check my order. Food finally arrived around 4:30 pm. Food arrived cold and cheese was congealed, my cheese sticks were hard as a rock. To add insult to injury, driver hung up on me after I told him someone was downstairs to pick up the order. I won 't be pre-tipping anymore.

I never command these particular dominos again. I ordered at 2:15 o'clock it is 4 o'clock and the tracking says it is from the many since 3 o'clock. I wanted to call, not answer.

The worst Domino's store I've ever been to. Rude staff. I placed an order which said it was delivered but never arrived. Tried calling the store around 15 times but to no avail. Went to the store and the staff was rude and they told me to come some other day and they can't and won't do anything about the issue. Wow!!!
