Long John Silver's A&w (70292)

I absolutely love this restaurant. It stands out above all other food places. I initially stopped by wanting a hot dog, but was pleasantly surprised by their specials. Although my first order was incorrect, the staff handled it with professionalism and kindness, which I really appreciated. When I returned two weeks later, the worker at the window remembered me, was incredibly friendly, and made sure to triple check my order before I left. In a world where customer service is often lacking, this restaurant definitely goes above and beyond.

My meal took a long time to come because the restaurant is understaffed, which is not a big deal. However, I had an issue with a particular staff member who was walking around the kitchen and the front area where I was seated. He had a tattoo on his arm, which helped me identify him as Andrew or Andy. He was rude to me because I have some hearing difficulties. He got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out to him, he snatched it back from me rudely. I considered leaving, but I had already paid. I will not be returning as long as this person is working there. The rest of the staff, for the most part, were friendly. Thank you to them. Andrew is very arrogant.

The dining room was closed, so we had to take our food elsewhere to eat with five children and an elderly person. We only ordered fish, but the children wanted food from the restaurant next door, so we ended up ordering more food.

Drive thru onlyOccasional favorite of mine. Once was cost friendly. Now kind of expensive. Long gone are those famous deals. 2 can dine for &7.99I just get family meal without sides anymore.
