Domino's Pizza - Pottsville

Ordering food online or through the app can be a bit challenging for those with food allergies. The special request section only allows you to check off options, rather than typing in your specific allergens or dislikes. It took about 15 minutes from placing our order to picking it up at the restaurant. We had ordered a vegan and gluten-free Pacific veggie pizza, but there was an error on it. However, Corey, the young lady working that evening, was very pleasant and understanding. When I mentioned my food allergies to Corey, he had no problem remaking the pizza for me. He assured me that they take precautions to keep food separate for customers with allergies. It was heartwarming to encounter such caring individuals in the food service industry. Corey promptly remade the delicious pizza for me, and my husband also enjoyed his pasta bowl. Unfortunately, they were out of apple dip for the cinnamon twists, but I found out that I could have the dip and plan to try it with fruit next time. We look forward to returning soon.

I ordered pizza and soda for my neighbors' family after their mom passed away from cancer. I explained the situation to the person taking the order, and they included a note in each box expressing their condolences. Such a thoughtful gesture from the restaurant!

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. It is terrible! The service is awful and it takes almost 2 hours to receive your food. And when you finally get it, it is cold and undercooked. I have tried this place multiple times and they always disappoint. I would rather drive to a different location for Domino's.

Ordered pizza at 9:50pm it's now past 11pm and still no pizza horrible service. I called and was told it on its way I live less then 2 miles away that was fifteen minutes ago

I don't understand why every time I call this restaurant after 11 o'clock, even though they are open until 1 o'clock, they let the phone ring for 15 minutes before finally picking up and hanging up on me. It's frustrating, I'm done with this place!
