Burger King - Pottsville

I mean.... It's burger King. It is what it is. Staff are usually nice, food is ok/good. I know it can get crazy there with a line of cars wrapped around the block sometimes, but they seem to keep there cool.

Was there yesterday, told them my order sit in line. Received my order. I always check before I leave the parking lot, and guess what?It was WRONG AGAIN. This is getting so old.Since the lobby was closed I went to the carry out window and was told I was wrong I had to get back in the LONG line again. Why would I have to sit a line again when they can't even get the order right. Like I said before, it happens to many times and this is so old with them screwing up orders. I'm done with this Burger King. They need people in there that can read.

This place is a joke? Cheeseburger I had tasted funny threw away after 1 bite. Ordered 2 orders chicken tenders for the kids. They were over cooked and grease in fryers was not change? Believe me you can taste the difference? Besides all that order was wrong missing 2 items and got an item I did not order which again I threw that item away. Seems like it was under heat lamps all day. To the store manager PLEASE retrain your employees. If they are making 15. An hour or what ever your product should look like what you advertise.

I really like trying new sandwiches and would love to try the garlic baconator but in a smaller sizeWhat happened to the sweet in the sweet tea!!!!I dont know about anyone else but at least the last 5Xs i went there the tea was sweet free????
