3rd time there from Virginia and it’s almost stop for us! Love the food- all of it! And rooms are very reasonable, clean and made up daily by house keeping.
Just stopped and had the Surf and Turf. Steak was cooked perfectly as medium rare and the lobster tail was excellent. We also tried the smoked trout as an appetizer and it was amazing!!! Service was excellent our waitress kept on top of things and made several great suggestions as we were deciding our meals. Atmosphere: I love the look of this place. It has been around since the '40 's and has kept so much of the history and charm of that era. Totally recommend the Blu Tavern! I cannot wait to come back this way and try some more dishes, hopefully I leave room for dessert when I do!

An absolute hidden gem in the mountains of Pennsylvania, with the most amazing food, top notch service, and ambiance of a 1950s era gone by. If you miss the freshly made food of the non-chain restaurants, you need to stop here. The smoked trout is to die for.
We were there today for our anniversary dinner. It was very good. Will definitely be back.
