Dunkin' - Pottstown

It's a dunkin. the inner is closed, they do not give them their total number and the hours are still as it is the pandemic

They made my bagel so hard u can someone in the head with him, it was terrible,

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Got to my location and opened sandwich. Boom, just egg and bagel. Went back to the shop and the kid at the counter looked apathetic and took the sandwich to the employees in the back. After speaking with other associates, he comes back looking quite embarrassed and says “all we can do is give you a side of bacon.” !?! So after waiting 5 minutes, they give me the bacon in a bag and hand me a slice of cheese. I then have to assemble my own sandwich on the counter in front of the register. Well this will be the last time I enter this place. This place is garbage now. Do not recommend ever!

I love my Dunkin coffee. Great people at my local Dunkin. They always have my order ready when I arrive and are very courteous.

Place is the worst on customer service. Rude employees. Long wait even if your the only customer. They don't care. It's time for new management. It's been this way for over a year. Just go up the road. The service and food is way better
