Domino's Pizza - Pottstown

Every time I order from here I swear the pizza gets better. It?s always right , hot , fresh on time. I?m so impressed. Staff is fantastic.

I made an order an hour ago and the food didn't even leave the store. Children are limited to virtual learning and time. They have been able to cancel the order for 10 minutes. Too bad it was great here before.

So I tried to get a stuffed cheese bread again? I ordered my food to watch the tracker. I must go to Domino's, there was an option for me to click I was there to bring out the food. It shows that I clicked there, huh? I waited five minutes, then I went in. I was so annoyed that I asked the lady why they give you a chance to say that I'm here when they never come to get the food out. She said because they didn't know someone was there. I said wow! This is the third time I tried that this got the same answer that I had to come to get my food. They even asked me about the color, making model of my... She continued to say they were barely occupied, but there were at least 4 people in the facility. A sad reality for me. The reason I hate this place, but for my grandson who loves this place, I would always find another place to get pizza.

So, overall decent service, my only concern was my delivery driver was stopped in front of my house for about 5 minutes food from their own. Not only that she licks her fingers, but she did not even use hand-sanitizer after the fact.

Great food and timely. Only complaint is for some reason they often forget to deliver with condiments such as icing or salad dressing. First time it happened I called them but they said they were to busy to bring it so I don't call anymore.
