Burger King - Pottstown

I do not recommend this place. The girl in the car was rude, and I can't even begin to comment on her eyelashes—they looked like they could take off at any moment. The customer service was unhelpful and rude. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how things can go, but this isn't the first time I've experienced issues here. They really need to get their act together. I'll be reaching out to Korp about this.

This place is quite unusual. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the station before someone finally came to take our order, even after we mentioned we were part of your group. Then, for some odd reason, they had us wait at the pay window before we could get our food, only to tell us to go to the food window afterward. It didn’t make any sense. On top of that, everything was cold. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place, especially before the renovations.

7:30 am, Saturday night 29. October. Does Burger King's owner or district manager, for the Charlotte Street Pottstown location, know that the dining area is closed? The site says the food is open and when we are here the doors are locked and it is only through. We tried to come here for the last few months on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and that is what they did these times. We wanted to call tonight to make sure they're dipped and they're not going to the phone. Why would anyone even come here? This is very disappointing and should be addressed or you lose more customers than just us. Left to go somewhere else.

I'd leave a star, but they're ignored. Some of the worst food I've ever had. Order was wrong, food was put together sloppily and barely cooked. This Burger King is so disgusting that only Jeffrey Dahmer could?

Ive gone here more than a handful of times. Every time I?ve actually gotten food here, it?s the slowest line ever. It doesn?t matter if no one is in line. You will order and wait at this first window until you?ve questioned your need for nourishment.
