A small bite onto the prawns had completely soured my mood. Powdery, filthy and...read more
Gastro Park, one of Sydney's most renowned restaurants, has now become the Antipodean Restaurant Bar. The name Antipodean refers to the restaurant's promise to use the finest produce from Australia and New Zealand. Absolutely delicious food that encompasses the best produce from around Australia and New Zealand. The food on the menu is unique and incredibly interesting. Playing with intricate combinations for a amazing flavour. Your tastebuds will sing with every mouthful!
Before in the gastro park, which was an extraordinary and theatrical experience, from amazing and well presented edifices to creative aromes and concepts, after we have heard that antipodean gastropark has replaced, we were so excited to return and taste the food. although it has been understood that the menu offers sustainable and Australian and New Zealand products by highlighting products from the country and sea. antipodean was a light miss and unfortunately an underwhelming experience for me it area was illuminated, casual and welcoming, we ordered the cooking menu. Large menu, delicious food and very welcoming, sincere service! we had sourdough, prawns, wild fish (I can't remember that it means, but it wasn't cajau) with granatapfel ceviche, sweet potatoes and snapper as main! Except snapper, that was the most important one we chose, each dish was tasteful, tasty and playful! Snapper was the only lack of taste and a bit over cooked! overall, beautiful ambiente and good eating! I can't wait to try other dishes.
