Very great restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice, the selection of dishes is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was on point and perfectly balanced. Falling for the mostly good reviews! I give one point because the two young male waiters are very nice and service-oriented, they can't do anything about it. The food for the prices is subpar. After catching and cooking over 200 crayfish myself this year, I can judge that the one added to the fish soup is not fresh, smells bad and is most likely frozen food. It was the same with the plaice, but not the North Sea crabs and shrimps and mussels. At first I thought it was a strange spice that smelled bad, but in retrospect it was just old fish! I gave up, the friendly staff couldn't help it. If you like eating fish, you should refrain. Far too expensive for this quality. In principle, the fish soup with the fresh herbs could be great, but if there's something in it that doesn't smell bad, -too bad!

Wir waren von der Zubereitung und der Präsentation der drei gewählten Fischgerichte sehr angetan. Bei beiden Männern ergaben sich gleichermaßen Schwierigkeiten, bei allen Aal-Stücken, die Haut vom Fleisch zu trennen. Das war nervig.Der empfohlene Weißwein aus Werder war kühl und lecker, ebenso die gezapften Biere aus der Braumanufaktur Forsthaus Templin.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe im " Butt " und wurden kurz nachdem wir an unsere Tische gebracht wurden gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass man im Restaurant keine Jacken über den Stuhllehnen duldet !Dies ist im Grunde in Ordnung - doch bekannterweise macht der Ton die Musik ... Wie allerdings die Chefin (?) uns darauf hinwies spottet jeder Beschreibung !! Scharf und mit resoluter Stimme wurde die Kollegin zurecht gewiesen.Auch die Frage ob man noch Vorspeisen (meist in Form von einfachen Salaten) nachbestellen könnte (wir mussten vorher bestellen) wurde sehr barsch abgebügelt ! An dieser Stelle wären wir - wenn wir nicht als Gruppe dort gewesen wären - eigentlich am liebsten aufgestanden und gegangen. Als wir dies auch so geäussert haben bekamen wir wiederum eine sehr unpassende und unfreundliche Antwort. Zur Ehrenrettung half dann - nachdem wir uns keine Extrawünsche mehr erlaubt haben - doch das sehr gute Essen.Leider konnte es trotzdem bei den meisten von uns den unangenehmen Eindruck im " Butt " nicht ganz wett machen !Wie schon erwähnt : Der Ton macht die Musik und man kann anders mit seinen Kunden sprechen !!
