Jakes On The Water - Potsdam

The top restaurant in the Canton/Potsdam area is a must-visit. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the entire staff is friendly. The food surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and the white mushroom pizza, both of which were fantastic. I wish I could taste everything on the menu!

We've heard about Jake for a few years, while our children took part in the SLU and we finally made it. It was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and right by the river Raquette. The service was on today's new standard, but the food was excellent. We had the Cauliflower appetizer and salmon BLT. They were both excellent. Very recommended and will we come back next time? in the north.

The gluten-free cauliflower pizza at this restaurant is outstanding. The beet salad was also fresh and delicious. We made a reservation for Monday at 5 pm and had our pick of all the water side tables. It got busier as we left at 6:15. If you don't mind spending a little extra, this is a great spot to visit when the weather is nice. Highly recommend.

Best restaurant you are gonna find in the Canton/Potsdam area. Has a cozy vibe and the whole staff was pleasant. Food absolutely exceeded our expectations. We got the brussel sprouts and white mushroom pizza, which were both delicious. I wish I could try everything!
