Five Guys - Potsdam

The service and the atmosphere are phenomenal. Very friendly staff very nice modern comfortable seating areas. The burgers are well cooked and the only complaint about the burgers is the soggy feeling to the bungalows, but also that was just a light steamer. They're supposed to die. All right. The milkshake I had was phenomenal. Strawberry and banana. So worth the price.

The five guys from Potsdam, NY is clean, staff is friendly and the food is amazing, either diving or going out. We were told on call in orders, Fries are not dropped until you arrive to pay for your order. In cases where time management is crucial, plan this easy delay. I have a four-star rating (it would have been 4.7 if possible), as the frits have to wait to cook when picking up orders. Great place, enjoy!

Had a cheeseburger and Cajun Pommes with a chocolate milkshake. The staff was super friendly.. biggest little one I've ever seen. Cajun-Fries weren't my thing, but the cheeseburger and Shake were fantastic.

You are very well known for a gluten allergy and more than willing to make accommodation for you. Throw in excellent frits, a friendly smile from the staff and you can't go.

They do a good job at keeping the restaurant clean. Food is always hot and fresh, a tiny bit of a wait sometimes but the staff is always friendly and very helpful.
